Osprey Visit

This is MC's Cops and Robbers v2 heavily modified by me, primarily to reduce frustration with teambumping in jail and to speed up getting to the jail from the corners. There are also more places to hide and I added my traffic light element to start the game. The rules are the same: start with more robbers (red) than cops (blue), robbers run from cops, free robbers should try to free jailed robbers and game ends when all robbers are in jail. Optionally, you can set a time limit of 2 or 3 minutes and declare the robbers the winners if at least one robber is still free when the time limit is reached. Thanks and credit go to MC for the great original map. I actually didn't upload this for almost a year because I didn't want to step on his toes, but I've gotten a number of requests to upload it. I hope that MC doesn't mind. He's also welcome to incorporate my ideas in any new C&R maps.
